Red marbles = 4
Green marbles = 6
Yellow marbles = 8
Blue marbles = 2
Total marbles = 20
Pr (drawing a red marble and green marble without replacement)=Pr(RG + GR)
[Pr(a red marble) x Pr(green marble)] + [Pr(a green marble) x Pr(red marble)]
(4/20 x 6/19)+(6/20 x 4/20)
=6/95 + 6/95
=12/95
Pr(drawing a red marble and green marble without replacement)=12/95
Note:when drawing without replacement the total gets reduced as more is taken.
