What is the theme of this passage?
Laquiana and Tilde were working on a project for science class, trying
to design an invention that would solve a problem. They decided to
make a device that would allow people to pass objects to other people
across a room without having to get up. They combined a remote
control car with a basket and a spring, so that a person sitting in a
chair could reach down and pull the object up.
The device worked, but Tilde wasn't sure. "I don't know," she said. "This
is a lot of work for a problem that most people don't have. I don't think
 it's really solving a problem."
Then Laquiana said, "Actually, I think my dad could use this. He uses a
wheelchair. He can get around fine, but sometimes he has trouble
getting stuff off the floor. This could be really helpful for him!"
Laquiana took the prototype home and reported back that her dad
 loved their invention.
