When given a formula, and we know the values of the variables plug in the number and units

So,

Instead of Saying


v = (bh)/(3)

We know

B= 15 in^2

h=28 in


v = \frac{(15)in {}^(2) * (28)in}{3}

We know that


2 {}^(2) * 2 = 2 {}^(3)

So


in {}^(2) * in {}^{} = in {}^(3)

And ofc,


15 * 28 = 420

So we get


v = \frac{420in {}^(3) }{3} = 140in {}^(3)

So the correct answer is the fourth option.
