So, the two smaller sides summed up are always larger than the longest side, so the second and fourth option are wrong.

Acute triangles have 3 degrees smaller than 90*, whereas obtuse triangles have one angle bigger than 90* (and therefore the other two are smaller than 90*).

Solution: obtuse
