in first step take 2 ponits of the graph let's take (3,3) and (1,7)


m = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1) \\ \\ = (7 - 3)/(1 - 3) \\ \\ = (4)/( - 2) \\ \\ = - 2

we found slope which is equal to -2


y - y1 = m(x - x1) \\ y - 3 = - 2(x - 3) \\ y = - 2x + 6 + 3 \\ y = - 2x + 9
