Calculate the area of this triangle. 5 cm 13 cm 12 cm with a right angle​

As we know that this is a right angles triangle. And also that the hypotenuse is the longest side (here, it will be 13cm). Left are 12cm and 5cm. You can take either of as the base and the other as height.

After this, use the formula,

Area of triangle=1/2*base*height

= 1/2*12*5=30cm^2

There you get the answer.
