Evaluate the limit, if it exists. x^2-3x-10/2x-10

`\frac{ {x}^(2) - 3x - 10 }{2x - 10} = ((x - 5)(x + 2))/(2(x - 5)) = (x + 2)/(2)`

At x = 5, the limit is 7/2, or 3.5.
