It is talking about 2 to the __ power

That’s called exponents

Basically all you do is count how many 2’s there is on the top (numerator)

And then you count how many 2’s are on the bottom (denominator)

Answer:
2 to the eighth power for the numerator
2 to the fourth power for the denominator
