The angle of elevation of the top of the building at a distance of 50 m from its foot on a horizontal plane is found to be 60 degree. Find the height of the building.

We have a 30°-60°-90° right triangle, so the length of the longer leg is √3 times the length of the shorter leg. So the height of the building is 50√3 meters, or about 86.6 meters.
