C would be the same as a as they are congruent which means ‘a’ would be 110°. Because ‘a’ and ‘b’ are on the same line and angles on a straight line add up to 180°, if you did 180° - 110°, it would find the answer to ‘b’, which is 70°. Another way to look at this is that ‘c’ and ‘b’ would add up to 180° as well.
