Prove: AB ≅ AC

In ΔABD and ΔACD,

BD = DC Definition of perpendicular bisector

∡ADB=∡ADC Being right angle

AD= AD Reflexive property

ΔADC≅ΔADB SAS Congruence Theorem
AB ≅ AC The corresponding side of the congruent traingle are congruent or eqaual.
