20% likely to roll a 4 and 80% not likely.
6/30 rolls were 4 which multiplied by 100 gives you a percentage of 20 and then the same thing was used to find 24/30 being 80%

Explanation:

Experimental prob is what happened : four was rolled 6 out of 30 rolls

= 6/ 30 = 1/5

the rest of the time ( 24 rolls) it was NOT a 4 = 24/30 = 4/5
