Since the growth rate is
15\%, every week the number of weeds in your garden will be
1.15 times more than it was last week. We can multiply the original by
1.15\\ twice, or by
1.15^2 to get our answer.

4 \cdot 1.15^2 = 5.29

We obtained 5.29, which is about
$5$, so we have: "D)
5" as our answer.
