The forces are equal in magnitude, but opposite in direction.
The wall doesn't move, and neither does your head when pushed against the wall. There's a balance of forces. We consider things to be in equilibrium.
If there was an imbalance of some sort, then there would be movement. For instance, if the wall somehow managed to enact a larger force compared to your head pushing, then you'd be pushed backward.
Another example: if you managed to enact a larger force, then the wall would move in the direction of your push.
Since none of those movements happen, we can see both forces are the same in magnitude but opposite in direction.
