Improving strength requires a different approach than improving endurance. Explain how repetitions, sets, and resting time are used differently for improving strength vs. improving endurance, whether for lower body, upper body, or core.

Not a history question but there's no option for physical education and figured people who know history might know exercise. I'm just going to look it up online because I don't expect a response in less time than it takes me to do that but hopefully my question being answered helps someone else :)

Answer: To build more strength, you need to focus on your form and do less reps with heavier weight. focus more on progressive overload. Using compound exercises helps too. Endurance is higher reps, lower weight.
