Probably workaholicism. You see people looking out for themselves. Building up their own wealth. Spending copious amounts of time at work and for themselves, but you really don’t see community. Then larger roads are built for people to get to work, then town are made bigger and bigger. The community spreads thin. And before you know it, every last sense of a community is gone.
