x_1+x_2=6x_1x_2

We're going to use Vieta's formula to solve the problem.


x_1+x_2=-(b)/(a)\\\\x_1x_2=(c)/(a)

Therefore


x_1+x_2=-(-3)/(2)=(3)/(2)\\\\x_1x_2=(4m)/(2)=2m

And so


(3)/(2)=6\cdot2m\\\\4m=(1)/(2)\\\\m=(1)/(8)
