We're going to use Vieta's formula to solve the problem.

Therefore

`x_1+x_2=-(-3)/(2)=(3)/(2)\\\\x_1x_2=(4m)/(2)=2m`

And so

`(3)/(2)=6\cdot2m\\\\4m=(1)/(2)\\\\m=(1)/(8)`
