Where is perseus in relation to the big dipper

Answer:

This star keeps its position throughout the year and the constellations appear to rotate around it. Next, treat Polaris as if it were the center of a clock and stand so that the Big Dipper is in the six o'clock position. Then, look between the one o'clock and two o'clock positions and you will find Perseus.
