To factor (5r+6)(r+2), we can use the FOIL method. FOIL stands for First, Outer, Inner, Last. We multiply the first terms of each binomial together, then the outer terms, then the inner terms, and finally the last terms- Then we add all of these products together,

So for (5r+6)(r+2), we have: (514-6)(r+2)=5r*r+5r*2+6*r+6*2=5rA2+10r+6r+12.5rA2+16r+12 Therefore, (5r+6)(r+2) can be factored into (5r+6)(r+2) = 5(r+2)(r+3) 2

Hope this helps!
