The answer is 30.08 because fist we have to do the first part of the formula which is 3.14 times 1.6 which equals 5.024 so then you get the volume 302.24384 and divide that by 5.024 which will get you 60.16 and you divide that by 2 because it is height times 2 so you will get 30.08

Answer:

Explanation:

To find the height of the candle, we can use the formula for the volume of a cylinder:

V = πr^2h

where V is the volume of the cylinder, r is the radius of the cylinder, and h is the height of the cylinder.

We know that the radius of the candle is half of its diameter, which is given as 3.2 centimeters. So, the radius of the candle is:

r = 3.2cm/2 = 1.6cm

We also know that the volume of the candle is 302.24384 cubic centimeters. So, we can plug in the values we have into the formula for the volume of a cylinder, and solve for h:

V = πr^2h

302.24384 = π(1.6cm)^2h

302.24384 = 3.14 x 2.56cm^2 x h

h = 302.24384 / (3.14 x 2.56cm^2)

h ≈ 37.0 cm

Therefore, the height of the candle is approximately 37.0 centimeters.
