Explanation:

The polynomial has a zero 3i, then it must have another zero -3i. Thus in all there would be 3 zeros -1,3i,-3i. The polynomial would be equivalent of (x+1)(x-3i)(x+3i) , or

x3+x2 +9x+ 9
