2x + 4y = -4
2x = -4 - 4y
x = -2-2y
(3x+5y=1) ----> (1)
3(-2-2y) + 5y = 1
-6 -6y + 5y = 1
-6 -y = 1
-y = 1 + 6
-y = 7
y = -7
2x + 4y = -4
2x + 4(-7) = -4
2x -28 = -4
2x = 24
x = 12
(x,y) = (12,-7)
