The probability that the male student is a non-smoker is 1 - 93/310 = 217/310.

The probability that the female student is a non-smoker is 186/300 = 31/50.

The probability that both are non-smokers is (217/310) * (31/50) = 67127/155000.

Therefore, the probability that both the male and female students selected are non-smokers is 67127/155000.
