To make sure the column headers show on every printed page, follow these steps.

1. Click on the row number "14" to select the entire row.

2. Go to the "View" tab, find "Freeze Panes," and choose "Freeze Top Row."

3. Now, when you scroll down, the column headers will stay at the top.

To fit all columns on one printed page:

1. Go to the "File" tab, select "Print," and then click "Print Preview."

2. In the Print Preview, look for "Page Setup" or "Scaling" options.

3. Choose "Fit Sheet on One Page."

Now, your column headers will stay visible, and all columns will fit on a single printed page.
