Answer:

y=2/3x-2

Explanation:

Graph the line using the slope and y-intercept, or two points.

to find the slope, start at -2 and look at the next point: -3,-4. the change in rate is -2/-3 which is 2/3.

to find the y-intercept, just find the point on the y-axis, which is -2.

put it together:

y=2/3x-2

The y intercept is where the line intersects the y values

It intersects at -2

You can find the slope by using the method

rise/run

It "rises" up by 2 and "runs" by 3

Basically search for when the line his a perfect spot on the graph

it's perfect on (0,-2) and (3,0) and also (-3,-4)
