Answer: The cost is increasing by 800 per ton

Step-by-step explanation: The easiest way to do this is by finding where each point on the graph is. Basically go from the numbers at the bottom (1,2,3,etc) and see where the lines above those numbers intersect with the line itself. If you look at the number 1 at the bottom of the graph and move up towards the line you will see that the 1 intersects with the 2000 meaning that one ton would cost 2000 dollars. If you do the same thing for the 2, which would be 2800, and then subtract those two numbers, 2800-2000, you would get 800. Hope this helps!
