64 is the base area. We take it and multiply it by the height and divide by 3 to get the Volume. In this case we don't have the height, but we do have the volume. So we can put a simple equation:
128 (volume) = 64(base area) * Height * 1/3.

Solve for Height:
Height = (128 * 3) / 64

Put this in the calculator and you will get 6.
