The gcf of 12 and 60 is 12. This is because both are divisible bt 12. 12/12=1 and 60/12 is 5. Since, they're both divisible by 12, take out the 12, and multiply it by it's factors. Since 12x1= 12 and 12x5=60, it would be 12(1+5)
