The factors of 48 are: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 16, 24, 48

The factors of 64 are: 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64

16 is the largest common factor and therefore GCF(48, 64) = 16

This means that the greatest number of tables for decoration is 16

With 16 tables there will be 64/16 = 4 balloons per table and 48/16 = 3 flowers per table
