{3}^(2) + {4}^(2) = {5}^(2)


{(3 * 2)}^(2) + {(4 * 2)}^(2) = {(5 * 2)}^(2)


{6}^(2) + {8}^(2) = {10}^(2)

3-4-5 is a Pythagorean triple.

Multiplying each of these numbers by 2, we obtain 6-8-10, which is a Pythagorean triple.
