900 would be the answer because;

27/150= 0.18
so 18% of the 150 people like mustard
then 0.18 x 5000= 900
meaning it’d be estimated around 900

Explanation:

5000/ 150 = 33.33333333

33.3333333 X 27 = 900

Again, I haven't done this in forever, but I'm 99% sure it is 900. :)
