The majority (but not all of them!) of nouns that finish in -O in Spanish are masculine nouns (with the article EL) and the ones finishing in -A feminine (with the article LA). The adjectives follow the gender of the noun. Therefore:

In plural, we change the article (EL = LOS, LA = LAS) and we add an S both to the noun and the adjective if they finish in vocals (A, E, I, O, U) or ES if they finish in a consonant:
