~ two at the front and back both of equal dimensions 12 x 7.5

The question is asking only for the lateral surface area. This means we ignore the top and bottom surfaces

For each of the other two pairs of rectangles, the surface area is nothing but the product of the dimensions for each rectangle

Therefore area of all the 4 rectangles is
2(5.2 x 7.5 + 12 x 5.2)

We multiply by 2 since there are 2 of each rectangular surface

2(5.2 x 7.5 + 12 x 5.2) = 304.8 cm² ANSWER
