This can be seen through all of the obstacles the father has to go through in order to save his son. He would stop at nothing to find Nemo. What is the lesson or moral of The Red Bow? What is it about the wife that helps to develop the theme you determined? Is she nice? Insincere? Loving? Does she do something shady? Is she a family person?
