Let x be the number of prizes in the blue bag.

We know that Karrie has 20 bags of prizes, each of which has 4 prizes, so the number of prizes in the 20 bags is:

20 x 4 = 80

Karrie also has a red bag with 13 prizes, so the total number of prizes she has is:

80 + 13 + x = 100

Simplifying the equation by combining like terms, we get:

93 + x = 100

Subtracting 93 from both sides, we get:

x = 7

Therefore, Karrie has 7 prizes in the blue bag.
