Check the picture below.

\textit{area of a trapezoid}\\\\ A=\cfrac{h(a+b)}{2}~~ \begin{cases} h~~=height\\ a,b=\stackrel{parallel~sides}{bases~\hfill }\\[-0.5em] \hrulefill\\ a=5\\ b=10\\ h=10 \end{cases}\implies A=\cfrac{10(5+10)}{2}\implies A=75~m^2

Answer:

height = 10 m

lengths of bases = 5 m and 10 m

(1)/(2) (10)(5 + 10) = 5(15) = 75

So the area of this trapezoid is 75 square meters.
