Answer: 2.4

Work Shown:

(A'C')/(AC) = 12/5 = 2.4

or you could say

(B'C')/(BC) = 16.8/7 = 2.4

or

(A'B')/(AB) = 9.6/4 = 2.4

The sides of triangle A'B'C' are 2.4 times longer compared to the corresponding sides of triangle ABC.
