Explanation:

P(2), probability of getting a 2 = possibilities/outcome

P(2)= 2/6=1/3

P(1 or 3) = 3/6 = 1/2

P(2 and (3or1)) because there is an "and" here you multiply the 2 probabilities

P(2 and (3or1) = 1/3 * 1/2 = 1/6
