perimeter = AD + BC + AB + CD

AD + BC + AB + CD = 78

Let AB = x

Opposite sides of a parallelogram are congruent.

AB = CD = x

AD = BC = 2x + 9

2x + 9 + 2x + 9 + x + x = 78

6x + 18 = 78

6x = 60

x = 10

2x + 9 = 2(10) + 9 = 29

AB = 10

CD = 10

AD = 29

BC = 29
