Answer: -20

Step-by-step explanation: I got negative twenty because if f(x) equals negative thirteen the we add negative seven because we need to flip the sign since it is negative and when you add you get negative twenty

To check, simply solve the eqation the way it first was, for example, f(x)=-20+7 which would be correct, equaling -13
