Answer is 16.64 inches

The area around the outside of a circle is it’s circumference

Circumference = TT x diameter

We know diameter D = 5.3
Pi (TT) is given as 3.14

C = 3.14 x 5.3
C = 16.642
Round to hundredths place
C = 16.64 inches
