Answer:

use order of operations, PEMDAS.

p(paranthesis), e(exponents), m(multiplication), d(division), s(subtraction).

3 + 3 x (-4) ÷ 2 ÷ (1 - (-5))

so first work with whats in parenthesis

3 + 3 x (-4) ÷ 2 ÷ 6

now, exponents, we dont have any, so move to multiplication.

3 + (-12) ÷ 2 ÷ 6

now, we will do division

3 + (-6) ÷ 6

3 + (-1)

now add

and you get

2

but 2 isn't an option so i must have done something wrong, but I believe your answer should be B. 3
