Answer: y=1/2x+3 i don’t know if I’m right, be warned!

Explanation:

first find the slope (the m) by doing rise over run or you can find 2 points and find slope by using subtraction. Then get the +b by finding out where the line crosses the y intercept and put that all together leaving the y and x variables the same.
