it should be from -4.9t^2 +29.8t+ 55 but I don't know what to do from there.

0 = - 4.9t^2 + 29.8t + 56 <===== Use Quadrtatic Formula

with a = - 4.9 b = 29.8 c = 55

to find t = 7.57 seconds
