3 times 1/2 times 1/2 is equal to 3/4.
To multiply fractions, you simply multiply the numerators (top numbers) together and the denominators (bottom numbers) together.
So, 1/2 times 1/2 is equal to 1/4, and when you multiply that by 3, you get 3/4.
