If you had 3 victims and the first victim was on the ground unconscious and bleeding the second victim was in the grass unconscious and not breathing and the third was conscious and bleeding who would you treat first and how would you treat them

The second one. The second says, unconscious and not breathing. If all of the other people are breathing, start with the second person. You would treat them by calling the ambulance, do cpr/chest compressions, or go mouth to mouth.
