Answer: Personification.

Explanation: Personification (in my opinion) is powerful because it creates a image in my mind that a non-alive object/animal is alive! It’s cool because it makes my mind create a picture based of the story. (btw this is like an opinionated answer, and you can never go wrong in language arts if you explain your answer throughly.)
