Answer:

A logarithmic form is pretty much a rearrangement of the exponential a^b=c, which is written as log(a as a subscript) x (C) = b.

it's mostly used to calculate the exponent of an equation! but i think this question might be incomplete since it doesn't show any numbers or an equation?
