The median based on the number lines given will be 3.
How to calculate the median?
It should be noted that the median simply means the number in the middle when the numbers are arranged in ascending or descending order.
The median will be:
-8, -5 -1, 0, 0, 1, 2, 4, 4, 5, 5, 7, 9, 10. Here, the median will be:
= (2 + 4)/2
= 3
