I have to turn this in today but I´m confused

We have a powerpoint on this but it doesn´t show where I put the answer, it ´ s a parliamentary democracy and presdential democracy venn diagram. But the powerpoint showed theres no similarities between them. But, my friends say that they did put similarities there. I´m confused!
